The second day (shown below), featured sessions on AI, with bankers discussing their AI journeys and experts weighing in on AI adoption for financial institutions.

Congratulations Larry C. Schmidt, 2025 Warren Hill Award Recipient
Larry C. Schmidt, President & CEO of the 1st Bank of Sea Isle City, was recognized as the recipient of the 2025 Warren Hill Award during the Banking on the Future Conference.
The award is presented to current or former NJBankers committee members who go above and beyond to meet the mission of the committees on which they serve.
Schmidt has been a member of NJBankers Audit Committee since 2012 and has chaired the committee since 2016. The committee provides oversight to the Association and its subsidiaries.
