At NJBankers we are busy planning our Winter and Spring events, and have exciting updates to share with our members.
Registration for our 120th Annual Conference & Exhibit Hall will be opening this month. Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities are now available for this premier event being held May 6-8 at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, LA.
You can view all the opportunities on our websitehere.
At this year's conference, we are offering sponsorship opportunities that meet a variety of budgets and marketing needs. We have a number of fun, NOLA-themed sponsorships available, along with our traditional Room Drop of Choice, Registration Sponsor, Conference Bags, Talent Sponsors, Networking Reception Sponsors, and more.
And this year, we're bringing back our popular Exhibit Hall, with two tiers of Exhibitors. Our new Premier Exhibitor level - which is limited to 10 companies - offers additional incentives, such as first choice of placement, company intro during General Session, a text message to attendees during the event, social media ad, and more.
This future-forward event is designed for New Jersey banking and business leaders. Sessions this year will focus on the future of NJ's economy and the film industry; what's on the horizon for digital banking and assets; managing growth, risk and regulation in uncertain times; the latest real estate trends, and more.
Sponsorships are also available for this premier event. To learn more about the Economic Leadership Forum and to register, click here.

Advocate for our Industry: Make Your Voice Heard by Regulators and Legislators
NJBankers Regulatory Visit to D.C. is taking place next month, and we have confirmed meetings with FDIC Chairman Travis Hill, the OCC, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, with more to come.
It is imperative for our bank members to join us for these meetings. The issues we will address are both pressing and consequential, and it is critical that regulators hear directly from our industry as they consider future guidance and policy.
From March 9-11, bank members will have the chance to further advocate for our industry during the ABA's Washington Summit. The Summit is complimentary for all bankers.
2026 promises to be a pivotal year for banks. From regulatory changes to new stablecoin rules and a host of other major issues, make your voice heard in Washington on policies that affect your bank, your customers, and your communities.
Emerging Leaders - a special forum also will be held just for you during the Summit.

Earlier this week, we held the first session of our 2026 Leading on the Cutting Edge program. Led by George Wright of WrightOne Consulting, LLC, this program spans six months and offers a comprehensive approach to leadership development. It ensures participants step outside their comfort zones to foster personal growth and broaden their professional horizons.
