Forrey-Gallman Award Bestowed Upon Maureen Kalena and John E. McWeeney, Jr.

The Forrey-Gallman Award honors those who have demonstrated long-term outstanding service to the industry. It is named for Robert C. Forrey and Emil A. Gallman, longtime chief executive officers of the New Jersey Bankers Association and the New Jersey Savings League, respectively, who inspired association members with their leadership in assuring that members were well represented in the areas of government relations, public relations and educational opportunities.

 

This year, the Award went to Maureen Kalena, VP, Senior Relationship Manager, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and John E. McWeeney, Jr., President and CEO, New Jersey Bankers Association. Congratulations Maureen and John for being recognized with this award!

Members were recognized for outstanding service to their neighbors in the communities they serve with the NJBankers Community Service Awards. The Award program is a way to recognize the many civic and charitable activities that are conducted by member banks throughout the year. The awards are determined by independent judges.

Annual Compensation Surveys

NJBankers is pleased to invite your institution to participate in NJBankers Annual Compensation Surveys. There are two surveys that we’re conducting. One is NJBankers Proprietary Survey for the top five positions in your bank. We’ve been doing this survey for many years and it provides some helpful peer compensation data. Click here to fill out the form. The second survey is the Annual Crowe Compensation Survey which is more comprehensive in terms of the level and reach of compensation data that it provides. We encourage you to complete both surveys. Click here to participate. The deadline has been extended to June 10th for the Annual Crowe Compensation Survey.
