Annual Compensation Surveys
NJBankers is pleased to invite your institution to participate in NJBankers Annual Compensation Surveys. There are two surveys that we’re conducting. One is NJBankers Proprietary Survey for the top five positions in your bank. We’ve been doing this survey for many years and it provides some helpful peer compensation data. Click here to fill out the form. The second survey is the Annual Crowe Compensation Survey which is more comprehensive in terms of the level and reach of compensation data that it provides. Federal Reserve Bank of New York Business Leaders Survey
Business activity grew solidly in the region’s service sector, according to firms responding to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s April 2022 Business Leaders Survey. The survey’s headline business activity index rose six points to 24.2. Click here to read more.

Nomination Guidelines
Nominations for the NJBankers Woman of Impact Award may include a NJBankers member who has demonstrated a commitment to advancing women in the banking industry. Please share detailed information about how the nominee has helped to positively impact women in the industry, and how the nominee has demonstrated leadership to create change.
Eligibility Requirements: Nominee must be a New Jersey Bankers Association member.
Nomination Deadline: Nominations must be received by Friday, May 13th to be considered.
The winner will receive the award and be recognized at the Annual Women in Banking Conference on June 14th.
