The campaign aims to donate 200,000 meals every year for the next five years, providing a total of one million meals to feed hungry seniors, parents, and children across the state.

FDIC Presents Safe Banking for Vulnerable Populations in New Jersey

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will host a virtual roundtable for financial institutions offering deposit accounts meeting the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund National Account Standards. Experts will discuss the unique challenges survivors of domestic violence face when accessing banking services. The event will also present an opportunity for financial institutions to assist survivors on their journey to financial independence through the provision of safe and responsible deposit accounts.
